Customer Complaints
The
Removalgroup has a set procedure for complaints and
the following information will help you submit a complaint.
1.
Complaints are to be submitted to our complaints department
via a link on our website.
2.
You must fill in and supply ALL information required
in the RED FIELDS. Any forms submitted without relevant
supporting documents and correctly filled in WILL NOT
be processed.
3. On submission of a fully completed complaint form, a telephone call will be made to confirm receipt within 3 working days.
4. A full response to the complaint will be dispatched within 10 - 14 days (this allows the department time to gather all relevant information from suppliers/sub-contractors etc).
5. Customer services department opening hours: Monday to Friday (10am - 3pm ).

Enhanced liability claims
The
Removalgroup has a set procedure for liability claims and
the following information will help you submit a claim.
On submission of a fully completed liability form,
a response will be dispatched within 10 - 14 days
(this allows the department time to gather all relevant
information
from suppliers/sub-contractors etc).
