Dear Paul,
It is not often that I am moved to send a letter of compliment and thanks. Indeed, it has been my experience that few services warrant it. But, this is not the case here. I have been extremely impressed with the service I have received, organized mostly by yourself.
It was not just the low quote you obtained for me that secured my bushiness, other factors taken into consideration included;
. Your efficient, friendly and when needed, humorous manner.
. Detailed information and advice given from the start.
. Queries were answered fully and promptly.
. When needed phone calls were returned and documentation sent promptly and as promised.
. All phone calls made to the office answered quickly and courteously. Messages always passed on.
I need also to compliment you on your choice of contractors. Joe the container driver was friendly and helpful. The container clean and in good condition.
The four lads from Lomas Removals were great and had carefully loaded the container in 50 minutes.
It is well known that moving anywhere,but particularly abroad is stressful. However, the confidence I had in your organizational skills and your calm approach, certainly helped to alleviate this.
It will come as no surprise then, that I would not hesitate to recommend your company in the future and it just remains for me to say a big THANK-YOU.

Paul, you are a prince among men. You are the best ever
removal consultant. I wish I had a bigger consignment
to guarantee you a bigger commission, if that is the
way you work.
you are personable, patient, kind, efficient and totally
on the ball - exactly what I needed at this stressful
time.
We are moving with 3 children under 5, with not very
much spare cash, and my husband and I are very grateful
for your perseverance, honesty and the FANTASTIC deal
you got for us. I didn't thing anyone would actually
unload our stuff in Canada. And insurance too!!!!

Dear Sir,
I just received the final confirmation of removal service
from one of
your colleagues - Andrew Wigley. I decided it's worth
spending a
minute to give you my very positive feedback.
I have contacted a few companies (British, Swiss, German
and Belgian)
in the process of looking for the right relocation service
to move
from Switzerland do England and I chose yours not only
because the
price was competitive, but also because of the fine service.
I want to emphasise that:
- Andrew's answers were accurate and most of all almost
instant (which
was not necessarily the case elsewhere),
- the ability and will to meet my needs (specially in
terms of time
lines) was very good and helpful,
- he kept the personal contact which I really enjoyed
and appreciated,
- last - he offered me competitive terms.
I obviously understand Andrew is only doing his job,
but my message is
- he's doing it very well. I believe a well done job
should be
appreciated.
