A
valid passport is needed, but most Commonwealth
citizens do not need a visa. Exceptions are Australian,
New Zealand, Sri Lankan, Indian, Afghani, Somali,
Iranian, Lebanese, Iraqi, Syrian, Libyan, Malian,
Sudanese, Yemeni, Cameroon, Pakistani, North
Korean, Armenian, Georgian, Tajikistani, Azerbaijani,
Senegalese and Nigerian citizens and British
passport holders subject to control under the
immigration Act of 1971.
